PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical characteristics such as impact resistance, heat resistance and the like by imparting the mechanical strength such as the impact resistance sufficient for practical use to a polylactic acid resin.;SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 1-50 pts.wt. of the polylactic acid resin and (B) 50-99 pts.wt. of a rubber-reinforced resin [with the proviso that the total of the polylactic acid resin (A) and the rubber-reinforced resin (B) is 100 pts.wt.]. The rubber-reinforced resin (B) comprises (b-1) 10-50 wt.% of a diene rubber-containing graft copolymer and (b-2) 50-90 wt.% of a hard (co)polymer containing a (meth)acrylic resin component and a maleimide resin component. A methacrylic ester and/or an acrylic ester is preferable as a monomer constituting the (meth)acrylic resin component, and N-phenylmaleimide is preferable as a monomer constituting the maleimide resin component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
