PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealable film having biodegradability, excellent in discarding treatment properties or the like and having barrier properties.;SOLUTION: The heat-sealable film A comprises a multilayered laminated resin film having at least five layers formed by the co-extrusion of a biodegradable resin layer 1 composed of a resin composition based on a biodegradable resin, an adhesive resin layer 2, a barrier resin layer 3, an adhesive resin layer 2' and a biodegradable resin layer 1' comprising the resin composition based on the biodegradable resin in this order. Further, the biodegradable resin layer comprises a resin composition based on a mixed resin obtained by kneading 50-90 pts.wt. of an aliphatic polyester resin and 10-50 pts.wt. of a lactic acid resin.
