A computer program may configure the at least one computing system to receive, via the network device, sales and use tax data, store, on the storage device, the received sales and use tax data, extract an interstate sales entry from the stored sales and use tax data, analyze, using the processing device, the interstate sales entry to determine a jurisdiction associated with the interstate sales entry, privatize a SKU in the interstate sales entry, and store a transaction record in a database on the storage device, the transaction record including the determined jurisdiction and the privatized SKU.
