A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Dream’ particularly characterized by flowers which are pink/purple with some spots; the labellum is red/purple with some yellow and a white column; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
