The Methods for determining the presence or absence of a Nucleotide sequence inserted into an insertion Site of a particular Nucleic Acid include: Isolating Nucleic Acid from the sample Fabrics composed of nucleic acid; put in direct contact with a Starter Cap AZ Nucleic Acid Binding to the upstream of the insertion site.A First reverse primer specific for the Nucleotide sequence of inserted and a Second reverse primer capable of binding to Nucleic Acid, downstream of the insertion site. The primers can be used to reproduce between Nucleic Acid primers.Analysis of nucleic acids can be used to determine whether a sequence of nucleotides inserted is present or absent in the sample.
