Furnace for operau00c7u00e7o with admissu00e7o hot gases and reducing to aplicau00c7u00e7o in fusu00e7o metals, aluminium recuperau00c7u00e7o fundiu00c7u00e7o lees and refining of SPL.This is a furnace for operation with hot gases and reducing, generated in gasogu00eanios (2) annexes to the own equipment and its use for melting metals, such as aluminium and other non partial oxidation and consequent formation of lees.The furnace can also be used for the recovery of aluminum contained in the lees of casting and simultaneous production of molten slag for use in refining of steels, without any environmental problems.In addition, the equipment can be used in the refining of waste spent VATS (SPL) electrolytic production of primary aluminium, with the separation of the impurities contained therein of the refined material, being completely inert, and respecting and environment.The oven is comprised by inner chamber (1), (2) gasogu00eanios; air blowers (3); ventaneiras (4); the upper chute (5); and the lower chute (6).
