The present invention relates to a water heating apparatus comprising at least one solar collector (3) provided with at least one main plate (9) capable of absorbing solar radiation; at least one vertical tube (8) and two associated horizontal tubes (10) allowing water to circulate within the solar collector (3), where the vertical tube (8) is attached to the main plate (9); and at least one reservoir (2) operatively associated with the solar collector (3) by means of at least a first communication pipe (5) and at least a second communication pipe (6), which allow water to circulate between the reservoir (2) and manifold (3), the equipment further comprising at least one fin (15) positioned and fixed along all interference from the tube (8) with respect to the plate (9).
