The device has a cooling unit (3) utilized as a heat carrier connected with a heat pump (2). A twin solar collector (1) is equipped with auxiliary equipment including an energy source (4), a well, a cistern, a rain water tank, floating or stagnation water or a public water system or a ground collector and a pipe system (5), control valve (6) and a control unit. Time-variable water (8) or water-brine is utilized as additional environmental energy sources. A photovoltaic element is positioned on top of the collector to obtain additional electrical energy. The refrigerant used in a cooling system is an R-407C, R 290 propane or propylene R1270. A connecting line of aluminum-copper composite pipe is manufactured by ACR dual manufacturer Halcor SA.
