A sustainable and integrated waste processing system in a food industry chain is described, consisting of waste collection, primary treatment (3), water purification (4), biodigestion (5) units. and heat and power generation (6). Through these units it is possible that a small amount of external water is consumed by the present system and that thermal and electrical energy is still generated that is consumed by the industry itself, which minimizes environmental impact on the food production chair.
