In the present invention, there is disclosed a device provided with a supporting frame (1) with an insect screen (2) fastened thereon wherein said supporting frame (1) opens in the inside direction. i. e. to the room. On one side, the supporting frame (1) is provided with a hinge upper part (7) while the hinge lower part (8) is fastened on the lateral inner side of a window frame (11). A closing mount (5) is arranged on opposite side to the hinge on the supporting frame (1). The supporting frame (1) is provided on its circumference with a sealing collar (4). The end of the closing mount (5) can be provided with a snap on projection (12) fitting in a catch pin (6).
