Studies have shown that the proposed pharmaceutical compositions have a pronounced specific pharmacological effect, exhibiting a reparative-regenerative effect in relation to the bone tissue of animals, and do not have a pronounced general toxic effect at various doses and routes of entry into the body of experimental animals. Compositions do not have an irritating effect, no sensitizing effect was found. The proposed pharmaceutical compositions are effective and safe and can be used for the prevention and treatment of disorders of the physiological and reparative regeneration of tissues of the musculoskeletal system, including patients with diabetes mellitus.
