The application provides a method and system for hospitality service enhancement using home infotainment platform. The application provides a method and system enabling a cost effective method and system for broadband access and infotainment for hospitality service enhancement in a hospitality service unit by replacing the existing electronic private automatic branch exchange (EPABX) with a local area network (LAN) based communication system. Further, the application enables the user of a hospitality service unit to interact effectively with hospitality services provider using television as well as personal communication devices for enhanced user experience.
