the present invention relates to a hollow section (10) which has a wall which surrounds an interior space constructed. of prestressed cables (15), which include (1) two tendons and cable terminals (20) are pre assembled. each tendon is contained within a respective sleeve (4) with a protective substance (3).each cable termination comprises a block (30) for anchoring the tendon of prestressed cable (31), a chamber filled with a protective substance on a back side of a block and liner system that closes the chamber in the opposite direction to the block. the tendon of prestressed cable extends through the sleeve and the sealing system is suspended in the chamber.the pre assembled prestressed cables are installed in the inner space of the hollow column, the two terminals of each cable based on parts of the lock (25) provided in the upper and lower parts of the column. the prestressed cables can then be extended.
