The present invention pertains to the field of food innocuousness, and describes a device for detecting organophosphated insecticides in strawberries by the impedance spectroscopy technique, the novel and inventive part of the device being the use of MEMS devices for said purposes and the quicker evaluation time of approximately 2 minutes, said characteristics are not available in current device.
