PROCESS FOR THE OBTENTION OF BIODIESEL FROM MANGO SEED EMBRYO AND USES THEREOF.

The present process for obtaining biodiesel from the oil extracted from the mango seed embryo, Oro variety in physiological maturity, pertains to the bioenergy field; said vegetable oil is used as a renewable raw material for producing biodiesel by means of a mixture that includes said oil and methanol for achieving the transesterification and caustic soda as a reaction catalyst, also including an agitation process and heat transference to the mixture; this process comprises the following steps: crushing the embryo, mixing the paste with water, heating the mixture for obtaining the oil, mixing with ethanol, adding caustic soda, stirring and heating the mixture, washing it with water and finally filtering and bottling the same; this biodiesel is ready to be used under a recommended optimum mixture of 20% diesel and 80% fossil diesel.
