Aqueous dissolution mixture for the chemical treatment of solid and liquid biological-infectious hazardous wastes. The chemical formula mainly comprises alkylating substances and lipid solubilizing agents, which act at a chemical group level in nucleic acids, proteins and cell membrane. This mixture is useful for sterilizing the BIHW which are subjected to a managing plan for removing the infectious characteristics thereof and performing the final disposal without harming the environment and populations. The treatment consists in integrating the BIHW with this mixture in predetermined ratios and times defined by the managing plan. This mixture may be used in all BIHW treatments, especially in managing plans with a treatment in situ, thus substantially turning the treatments into more efficient processes. It is worthy to mention that a treatment in situ may reduce the sanitary risk of collecting, storing and transporting BIHW, moreover reducing the cost from the environmental and econo mic perspective.
