摘要

The present invention consists in the development of a solid and/or liquid selective culture medium for growing filamentous fungi for the industrial, medical and food sector, which result from cellular residues of the pharmaceutical industry as a nutrimental base, since they have a high content of protein, sugars, microelements, as well as antibiotic remains. Said material receives a treatment for removing the content of water so as to obtain a solid material. The obtained material maintains a predetermined amount of residual antibiotic, which along with the chemical composition thereof, turns the same into a source of nutriments used by filamentous fungi, which may limit the growth and development of competitive bacteria. The present culture medium was used for growing filamentous fungi of the Beauveria, Metarhizium, Paecilomyces, Verticilium and Trichoderma genus for evidencing the growing capacity thereof over this medium. All evaluated fungi were grown in a good manner over the de velopment medium, compared to the growth of said microorganism in commercial media such as agar Sabouraud and enriched with yeast extract.
