The present invention describes a tank (crucible and tun) used in processes for galvanising steel. The system includes different layers: a) a steel plate that is highly resistance to corrosion or the like; b)heart of a furnace; d) a layer of high thermal insulation; e) an external coating of the tank. Basically, the tank has a truncated cone shape, in which the piece to galvanize is introduced therein according to its corresponding step within the process (tun: steel cleaning or crucible: galvanized), the piece having a rectangular section with an area where a cone is formed. This type of mould allows the efficiency to be increased and treatment times reduced, also increasing the quality of the product upon reducing the formation of dross.
