Process for restoring and embellishing concrete surfaces, with a crystalline finish of the mirror or wet type, which exhaustively removes dust, maximizing the technical characteristic of the concrete, the maintenance and illumination thereof; the invention includes the linked and joint execution of the following steps: roughing for removing dust, slags and materials that prevent creating a finely flat surface; flushing for restoring the surface upon removing notches and extra porosities and creating a hyper uniform level in the surface; inking for embellishing the designs on the surface; increasing the density with nanoparticles for promoting the restoration and resistance of the surface as well as the crystalline finish of the concrete, since resistant and shiny crystals similar to quartz are formed; polishing for embellishing and promoting the crystalline mirror-type finish in the surface; oxidizing for minimizing the artistic finish of the designs in the surface; polished finish wh ich, by the treatment and preferable application of a protector with the used technique, preferably using a polishing machine with discs made of pig bristles, creates a surface like a crystalline mirror of wet appearance, maximizing the reflecting capacity of the surface as well as the natural and artificial illumination of the place.
