SURGERY LAMP WITH LEDS-BASED ILLUMINATION HAVING A FOCUS SYSTEM OPERATED BY ELECTROMAGNETIC OPERATORS OR SERVO CONTROLLED LINEAR ACTUATORS AND A PROCESS FOR USING THE SAME.
The present invention refers to a surgery lamp with leds-based illumination, which has a focus system operated by electromagnetic actuators or linear actuators servo controlled for moving each module in an independent manner, which is easily handled and used, noiseless and with a reduced or null wear in the mechanisms for ensuring a long useful life thereof. The surgery lamp with leds-based illumination of the present invention comprises: a) electromagnetic actuators or linear actuators servo controlled by a piston that transform electric power into mechanical linear movement, a piston for varying the focus angle in panels by means of a piston rod, a spring or elastic intended to bring the panels back to the original position and hinges for moving and regulating the angle in the modules where the leds are mounted, modules or panels where hinged rosettes, with a central ring for being displaced, are mounted and sets of leds mounted on the rosettes; b) a touch screen; and c) a control s ystem for translating the information entered by a user in a PWM signal for controlling and grading the position of the piston; and a power step is activated and controlled by sending the PWM signal in case of using a solenoid actuator; in this step an amplifier is used for controlling the position of the piston, as well as the strength with which this is attracted by the electromagnet.
