The product claimed by the invention is obtained by mixing, while stirring, at the temperature of 80...90°C, 10% bee wax, 55% wool fat, 10% neat's-foot oil for 20...30 minutes, then cooling the mixture to a temperature of 38...39°C and adding 6% of cedarwood oil, 10% hexane or heptane and at a temperature below 36°C, additivating the mixture with 3% propolis, 2% vitamin A, 1% melilot extract, 2% lavender extract, 1% basil extract.
