The invention relates to a movable installation for works performed under pressure, used for interventions and capital repairs in the crude-oil and gas extraction wells and for carrying out the soil consolidation. According to the invention, the installation consists of a transmission (12) coupled with a taper group (14) which drives, by means of a universal shaft (15), a drilling rig (16) , which moves a top-driver (34) with a crane (36) by means of a cable (30), which is mounted on a mast (35), and which is passed through a glass partition (38) and has a cover fixed to a pressure transducer (11), during the movement of the top-driver (34) a hydraulic brake stabilizes the movement thereof in a synchronized manner by means of a hydraulic hoist (19), which is provided with another cable (42), which passes over a roll (43) fixed at the lower side of the top-driver (34), and at the other side there is fixed another pressure transducer (41) and during the upward movement of the top-driver (34) the drilling rig (16) works in active conditions, and the hydraulic hoist (19) works in the hydraulic brake conditions and in case of movement downwards of the top-driver (34), the drilling rig (16) works in the brake conditions, and the hydraulic hoist (19) works in active conditions, and on the lower side of the mast (35) there glides a slide plate (27) which is provided at the upper side with a beam (28), wherein there is mounted a telescope (29) for lifting and lowering the positioning mast (35), and the other end of the telescope (18) being fixed on the mast (35), and on the external face of the mast (35) there slides along its length the top-driver (34) which is provided with a telescope (33) for positioning some links (32), between the inner side and the outer side of the mast (35) there being mounted some rulers (22) provided with a cog rack whereon there glides a bridge (24), and lifting the same being made by two hydraulic motors (21).
