By adding 1-5% of paraffin in the water insoluble organic fuel, there is obtained the igniter that has the consistency of an elastic gel, which can be used in various different constructions of the heating devices, and by the addition of 1-10% of basic glycerine pH 10-14, obtained by the basic catalyzation of biodiesel fuel there is obtained the fuel component for the solid and emulsified ANFO explosives that reduces emissions of harmful gases after an explosion.
