system for exploring the microbial interactions is intended for detection of microbial interactions and natural microbial processes in a controlled environment. the subject invention enables the exploration of relationships between microorganisms and thereby identify organisms that inhibit or promote the reproduction of other microorganisms.this can lead to opportunities for the treatment of infections by means probiotike, treatment of diseases resulting from the demolition of microbial communities, and many other useful methods. to study the microbial interactions, and microbial processes that take place at the junction of microbes with certain substances in the environment, which can provide insight into developments in natural microbial groups.knowledge of the processes that can help us find the way to degradation of natural substances, which are responsible for the environment, can also discover the natural sources of substances which cannot be artificially generated.
