A rotary-type wind turbine for arctic latitudes includes support axle, wind wheel and electric generator. The wind wheel is arranged as a fit through bearing unit to axle horizontal circular metal construction that includes a system of radial spatial trusses fixed to each other by chords with cross beams at middle of span and equipped at periphery with blades with wing-like profile, mostly of Darie type. Each blade rests on single-run tub, those are connected through hinged joints to a circular set and are in contact by means of metal runs with immersed to ice circular track that is a track common for all the tubs. The runs are flat aluminum plates with front bend fixed on consoles.
