The invention relates to devices intended for geophysical investigations, in particular to devices for investigation of soil masses by means of electromagnetic waves. A radio-wave structure-scope for geo-physical investigations includes transmitting frame antenna and transmitter of radio-waves placed on the first support, receiving frame antenna and receiver of radio-waves placed on the second support, and receiving ferrite antenna. The invention makes it possible to perform measurement of two signals and to increase accuracy of measurement of secondary electromagnetic field parameters, and as result parametric interpretation of the soil mass layers.
