A method for clonal micropropagation of sweet sorghum comprises sterilizing sweet sorghum seeds, using a modified medium, according to the prescription of Murashige and Skoog, for propagating and rooting the seeds. To sterilize seeds, a solution of Bilyzna, a bleaching/disinfecting agent, is used, to propagate, the Murashige and Skoog medium is supplemented with BAP, kinetine, sucrose, to root, IAA and NOC and sucrose are added into the Murashige and Skoog medium. The cultivation is carried out at a 16-hour photoperiod at a temperature of 24± with a lighting intensity of 4000-4500 lx, a relative moisture content of 70-80 %.
