METHOD FOR PREDICTING PYO-SEPTICAL COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE NECROTIC PANCREATITIS

A method for predicting pyo-septical complications in the patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis provides for measurement of the fluorescence intensity in the suspension of mononuclear phagocytes prior to hospitalization and in 5-7 days after beginning of the treatment. The fluorescence intensity below 241 conv. units suggests the development of pyo-septical complications.
