A method for manufacturing a vaccine of antiinfectious sheep and goats agalactia comprises the accumulation of bacterial mycoplasma mass in "Liquid nutrient medium for isolation and cultivation of mycoplasmas from animals and birds" and inactivation with formalin, standardization, adding of an adjuvant. As production strain the Mycoplasma agalactiae BK is used.
