A method for determining the location of the renal sympathetic fibers and ganglia of the kidneys with electrostimulation comprises the electrical stimulation and determination of ganglia in the presence of autonomic responses in the areas of their location. The short-term high-frequency electrical stimulation is performed. The stimulation is performed at intervals of from 10 to 50 ms, in blocks of 5-20 pulses between them the stimulation pause is 500-1000 ms, the current of from 1 to 20 mA, voltage of from 1 to 20 V, marker of the location of sympathetic fibers and ganglion kidney is onset of pain or vegetative responses in the areas of their location.
