METHOD FOR EXTERNAL DRAINING OF PANCREATIC STUMP IN PANCREATODUODENAL RESECTION

摘要

A method for the external draining of the pancreatic stump in pancreatoduodenal resection comprises cutting pancreas, identifying the lumen of pancreas, and inserting the drainage into the pancreatic duct. The drainage is inserted in antegrade way via the puncture of the parenchyma of the anterior pancreatic surface. One end of the drainage is passed to the major pancreatic duct and small intestine. The opposite end of the drainage is exteriorized.
