Disclosed is an immunoenzyme test system for detection of IgM antibodies to human cytomegalovirus "DIA-CMV-IgM-u", wherein recombinant antibodies are sorbed to polystyrene plate, and antibodies against human IgM immunoglobulins is used as a conjugate. Immunosorbent is a recombinant polypeptide p150-HIS-6 of cytomegalovirus sorbed to polystyrene, and peroxidase conjugate of monoclonal antibodies to human immunoglobulins of class M is used, this is detected by means of one-component solution of revealing reagent, and for evaluation of change of level of antibodies in dynamics result of analysis is expressed in DIA Units (DU).
