METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF COURSE OF PREGNANCY IN WOMEN WITH PREECLAMPSIA

A method for prediction of course of pregnancy in women with preeclampsia includes testing DNA on presence of polymorphism in G20210A protrombin gene, with simultaneous implementation of testing DNA on presence of polymorphism in hypertensinogen gene M235T, and at presence of genotypes 20210GA of protrombin gene and 235TT of hypertensinogen gene, or 20210AA of protrombin gene and 235TT of hypertensinogen gene, risk of development of obstetric complications in pregnant with preeclampsia is predicted.
