A method for producing parthenogenetic porcine embryos in vitro comprising the culturing cumulus oocyte complexes in vitro, removed from the ovaries, and their subsequent parthenogenetic activation and culturing embryos formed in vitro. The parthenogenetic activation is made by 7% solution of ethanol in phosphate-saline Dyulbekko for 7 min with 0.075 mg/ml canamycin sulfate and 10% serum of cows. Then further culturing embryos in NCSU-23 medium is performed.
