A method for preventing acute postoperative nephropathy in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm comprises conservative treatment. Additionally within 6 hours after surgery examined indicators of renal function and urine at a pace of 0.3 ml/kg/h. and lower coefficient of urea index 10 units or less, creatinine clearance 70 ml/min. and lower glomerular filtration rate index 50 ml/min. and less hemodialysis is carried out for patients.
