A method for reclamation of dumps includes sequential laying to planned surface of disturbed rocks, loams, sand, layer of potentially fertile earths, to that plants are planted, after formation of root system of those one more layer of potentially fertile earths is filled, there plants are planted again, and after the root systems of two layers cover each other layer of black earth is laid. Planting of sea buckthorn is carried out, with norm of 0.75-1.0 thousand/hectare, with inter-row widths of 3.6-3.8 m, inter-row area is alkalized with sowing perennial herbs (Lucerne, melilot yellow, melilot white), in 3-4 years the inter-row area is disked.
