PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF FIBROBLAST-LYMPHOCYTIC ROSETTES (FLR) AS MODEL ANALOG OF EX VIVO NICHE

摘要

A process for production of fibroblast-lymphocytic rosettes (FLR) as model analog of ex vivo niche consists in mixing and centrifugation of defined cell type for contact interaction. At first cultivation and growing of thymus fibroblast is carried out in ex vivo system, after that they are mixed in the ratio of from 1 to 100 and centrifuged with lymphoid cell and fibroblast-lymphocytic rosettes are disclosed.
