METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF NASCENT PRIMARY PLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY

A method for the early diagnosis of the nascent primary placental insufficiency provides for Dopplerometry of the resistance of blood vessels in fetoplacental complex at the early terms of gestation. The resistance of the spiral uterine arteries is assessed by Dopplerometry at the term of 7-8 weeks. The resistance index and pulsation index are measured. The resistance index exceeding 0.62 and pulsation index exceeding 0.9 are indicative of the nascent primary placental insufficiency.
