A dermatome with circular mechanism for cutting thick full-thickness meshed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft with 1-3 ratio of area increase contains half-cylinder, the operating surface of half-cylinder, the axis of frame, the flat knife installed on the frame in parallel to operating surface. The gap between the operating surface of half-cylinder and the knife is adjustable with the aid of the mechanism. The technological plate on the semicircles of dermatome generates the half-cylinder containing the linear cusps in length with spacing of , in height, in width, with the distance between the cusps of . The even and uneven cusps are arranged in staggered mode being displaced by 50 % relative to each other. Autodermograft is cut by over the base of the technological plate together with donor skin.
