A method for treating the placental dysfunction with circulatory disorders in the uterine, umbilical and middle cerebral arteries in the pregnant patients with pre-eclampsia with concomitant hepatobiliary pathology comprises sedative, hypotensive, magnesium and infusion therapy. In addition, Tivortin is administered, first intravenously dropwise as 4.2 % solution in a volume of 100 mL once a day for 5 consecutive days and then orally, one tablespoon thrice a day for 8-10 days. Curantyl is used thrice a day at a dose of 25 mg for 10-15 days depending on the attained effect.
