The method for correcting the placental dysfunction in the pregnant patients with leiomyoma and history of the cervical pathology comprises the examination of the state of fetoplacental complex by sonographic feto- and planimetry, Dopplerometry, cardiotocography and the analysis of the biophysical profile of the fetus. When at least one marker of the critical alteration of the state of fetoplacental complex is evident, Enerliv as hepatoprotector is provided at a dose of 2 capsules thrice a day with the meals for 2 weeks, then one capsule thrice a day with the meals for extra 10 weeks. The state of the fetoplacental complex is controlled once every 5 days.
