METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF RECURRENT HYPERPLASTIC PROCESSES IN ENDOMETRIUM

A the widening of cervix uteri, and the surgical removal of endometrium from the internal uterine walls. The tubus of hysteroresectoscope is inserted into uterus via the expanded cervical canal. The uterine cavity is washed to remove the blood and the remnants of the biological tissue. Hysteroresectoscope is positioned at the level of the internal os. The pathological endometrium is removed under the visual control of hysteroscope with loop electrode from anterior, lateral and posterior walls, the uterine fundus and the tubal angles with continuous intraoperative irrigation of uterine cavity. Then hysteroresectoscope is positioned at the level of isthmus, and the completeness of the removal of the pathological endometrium is ascertained.
