METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN ACUTE INFLAMMATORY DISEASES

A method for diagnosing endothelial dysfunction in the acute inflammatory diseases consists in the assessment of the response of microcirculatory bed and the artificial enhancement of blood circulation in laser Doppler flowmetry. With the aid of wallet-analysis of circulation oscillations, the percentage of amplitude change of endothelial oscillations in the occlusion test is measured.
