A training device contains the frame with the vertical pole with the holding appliance and the seat for the patient capable of being displaced vertically with the aid of the jack. The appliance providing for additional force located on the frame is designed as two poles with guiding rollers, cable and loading element. In addition, the support is provided for unloading the cervical vertebrae.
