METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF COMBINED MYCOPLASMA-HERPESVIRAL INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH community-acquired pneumonia

A method for diagnostics of combined mycoplasm-herpesviral infection in patients with community-acquired pneumonia consists in investigation of characteristics of blood serum by the enzymoimmunoassay (ELISA) and determination of specific marker IgM to association of pathogens (M. pneumoniae and HSV), wherein additionally IgG is determined, and at simultaneous reveal in blood serum of IgM to both pathogens acute infection disease caused by M. pneumoniae with HSV gets laboratory verification, at simultaneous determination of IgG to both pathogens - combined infection (M. pneumoniae and HSV) of the patient is evidenced, and reveal of acute disease caused by M. pneumonia or HSV, at background of infection of patient with another pathogen, thus acute mycoplasm disease at background of HSV-infection or HSV-disease at background of mycoplasma infection.
