METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF HEPATIC CIRRHOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC VIRUS HEPATITIS

A method for diagnostics of development of hepatic cirrhosis in patients with chronic virus hepatitis includes determination of concentration of general bilirubin and activity of alanine aminotransferase. Additionally etiological factor of hepatitis is determined, presence of telangiectasias and mixed affection, activity of pro-gelatinase B, level of fibronectin, fibrinogen, hyaluronic acid of total protein and albumin, protein coefficient, heparin and prothrombin indices, quantity of thrombocytes and colloid stability of plasma proteins. After that indices obtained are converted to scores by means of scale of evaluation scores, with calculation of sum of those.
