METHOD FOR COMPLEX TREATMENT OF ACUTE DESTRUCTIVE PANCREATITIS

A method for complex treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis using the technique for extracorporeal detoxification against the standard therapy. In edematous destructive phase of acute pancreatitis in the first hours of the disease development, membrane plasmapheresis is performed with exfusion from 800 ml to 1300 ml plasma and simultaneous substitution of created deficiency with a complex ion solutions such as saline solution reamberin, fresh frozen plasma.
