The invention provides a closing system for closing channel opening of a ships division department passed through by pipes, pipelines, distribution channels and cables. The closing system can resist burning for 60 minutes (represented by A60 grade) under waterhead and can resist burning of lower grade. A method for providing the system is also provided which is characterized in that the openings are packed by a modularized filling members and a packing part is coated by nonflammable elastic sealing materials.
