A vector capable of expressing recombinant DNA in which the recombinant DNA is selected from queconsiste group: (i) a recombinant DNA encoding a protein having the amino acid sequence as enSEQ ID NO shown: 2 (LP 1454), (ii) a recombinant DNA encoding an immunogenic epitope or immunologically active laproteína of (i) above fragment, and (iii) a recombinant DNA encoding a protein fragment having a length of at least 10%, 20%, 30 %, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% or 95% of the amino acid sequence of the protein (i) or epítopoinmunogénico or immunologically active fragment of (ii) above; yen the recombinant DNA is inserted into the vector such that a recombinant protein is expressed whenthe vector is provided in an appropriate host, for use as a vaccine of recombinant DNA into a methodof vaccination.
