System to raise noninvasively tissue temperature and reducing vascular plaques by energy ultrasound waves, comprising at least one delivery device ultrasound (20) adapted to deliver energy ultrasound waves at a focal point of target tissue; a tracking device temperature to monitor the temperature of the target tissue, and a controller (80) for guiding and controlling the delivery device ultrasound (20) in order to manage energy ultrasound waves at a focal point undersize to about 15 mm {sup, 3} and intensity of focus of said energy waves of ultrasounds in the range of between about 500 W / cm {sup, 2} and about 3000 W / cm {sup, 2} for raising the temperature of the target tissue to a desired temperature.
